non woven and filtration material. Based on different grade of raw material,the finished product can reach N95,
FFP2 and other standard. The machine is stable, fast and easy to operate.
You can combine this machine with ear loop welding machine, to produce different type of flat face mask.
Workflow as: the non-woven material , after unwinding automatically, pulled forwarder by wheel units, non-
woven will in process of edges folding and wrapping; Nose Wire in roll shape will be unwinded, cutted and
loading into wrapped non-woven cloth; ultrasonic units will seal both ends and side ends, then the cutting unit
will cut request face mask shape; the products moving to conveyor belt stations
